Mr. Kwame Owusu - Ag. Chairman

Kwame Owusu is a seasoned Tax Consultant and Partner at Transfer Pricing Africa (TP Africa). He retired from the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), where he served for many years, including a role as the Head of the Transfer Pricing Unit. Kwame has been actively involved in numerous international Transfer Pricing events and has provided training to staff of Revenue Agencies across Africa.

In 2014, Kwame was part of the team of Transfer Pricing Experts who reviewed the United Nations Manual on Transfer Pricing for Developing Countries in Panama. He has also served as a resource person at various Transfer Pricing conferences and workshops, both in Ghana and internationally. Currently, he is the Board Chairman of the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre for Excellence in ICT and serves on the Board of Imperial Assurance Company Limited.

Kwame's extensive experience in Transfer Pricing is backed by his academic credentials, including a Master of Business Administration from KNUST, a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Ghana-Legon, a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from KNUST, and a Certificate in Taxation from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Outside of his professional life, Kwame is a passionate hockey player with experience at various competitive levels; locally and internationally. He remains actively involved with the Citizens Hockey Club.

Dr. Kojo Aboagye-Debrah is an Economist, Banker and a Strategist. He has over 26 years of rich banking experience in various top and managerial positions of which over 20 years of his background has been in business development.

Dr. Kojo Aboagye-Debrah spent 8 years with OmniBSIC Bank as the Deputy Managing Director (Business) looking at Corporate Banking, Personal & Business Banking, Treasury and the entire 42 Branch Network. Prior to OmniBSIC, Dr. Aboagye-Debrah worked with Stanbic Bank Ghana (a member of Standard Bank Group) as Special Advisor to the Chief Executive and Head of Business Development for seven (7) years. At the Stanbic Bank Ghana, Kojo supported the Executive Management to transform Stanbic Bank Ghana from a Tier 3 Bank in 2007 to a Tier 1 Bank before he exited in 2014. Prior to 2006 (from 2000-2007), Kojo worked with Universal Merchant Bank Ghana (UMBG) for seven (7) years as Head (Manager) of Research & Strategy Department and in 2006 he was transferred to Corporate Banking to transform the corporate businesses particularly the Heavy manufacturing (mining, hydrocarbon, steel & construction). Kojo after M-Phil degree in Economics in 1995 worked with UT Bank (Metropolitan & Allied/BPI Bank) (1995-1998) as Senior Banking Officer.

David K.A Boafo (Esq) - Member

David K.A. Boafo is a Senior Partner at S.K. Boafo and Company and in charge of the Accra Office. Enrolled on the Roll of Lawyers in 2000, he has considerable experience in Commercial litigation and practice. He has advised and represented Clients in many high-end projects in the Construction, Real Estate, Property and Renewable Energy sectors

George Gyimah (Mr.) - Member

George is an Organisational Transformation &Financial Management, Financial/Accounting Systems Implementations/ integration Consultant, a primary Markets Operative with extensive access,links and network in the raising of Funds, Financial Instruments and the Hypothecation of Collateral Assets. He has had stint with PAB Development Consult a USAID,ACDI/VOCA,World Bank,Government of Ghana implementing partner, then Barclays Bank Ghana, he was also instrumental in the set up of a couple of manufacturing entities: Muige chemical Commodities (manufacturers of Ecowash detergents ) Beacon Hill Limited(very first indigenous floating fish feed factory in Ghana).
Mr Gyimah is adept at people and problem Management.
