About Our Company

UTRAK Savings and Loans, headquartered in Asokwa, Kumasi, is a duly registered financial institution.

For more than two decades, UTRAK has been dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, earning us a distinguished reputation in the industry.

Originally known as UTRAK Systems in the hire purchase sector, UTRAK Financial Services emerged in 2006, specializing in payroll lending for government employees. The Bank of Ghana granted UTRAK Financial Services a license in September 2013 under the Financial Institutions Law (PNDC 328) of 1993, allowing it to operate as a Special Deposit-Taking Institution. This marked the inception of UTRAK Savings and Loans Limited, which has since dedicated itself to customer-focused financial services.

Today, thanks to our unwavering commitment and acknowledgment from the Bank of Ghana (BoG), we proudly operate as a Savings and Loans Company. Our journey thus far has been driven by our steadfast dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
